All agents at Davis Griffin are great. Getting into a car accident was scary but they walked me through the process from towing services, rental car, and servicing my vehicle. It was fast and seamless. Agents always answer the phone and make time to meet your needs.

Saying I've never had service like the service received from ANGIE is a complete understatement. There's no way to put into words how hard ANGIE has worked in regards to my claim. ANGIE has been by my side the whole way. Even going as far as to call me to check in even after everything was out of her hands and In the claims department hands. ANGIE definitely deserves every bit of recognition for all the work she's put in. I wouldn't have gotten nowhere near where I am today if I were relying on claims to do anything. ANGIE has been a blessing! I'm extremely grateful I had her as my representative. Every time I called ANGIE she was on top of things that very moment. ANGIE made me feel as if MY issues were HER issues. THANK YOU ANGIE!!!

I was having an issue getting help on a claim I had filed. Specifically having trouble getting my vehicle towed to the repair shop. Although the claim was being processed by the claims department, I talked to Tony at the agency about the issue. The next day I got a phone call from Tony and he had fixed the problem by using a tow service he knew provided good service. I am very appreciative of him going out of his way to make sure my concern was taken care of.
